酒廠常態品;無冷凝過濾,酒精濃度固定在51%,
僅次於不定期發售的年度單桶產品。
目視:
較同廠Classic深的橘黃色、酒腳再細些、流速再慢些。
聞香:
強壯煙燻肉感混合滿滿塑膠
(經驗中是強化型葡萄酒桶過桶失敗才會出現的常見味道)
打頭陣,接著,依照感受強度是新刨木板、烤甘蔗、
清洗用檸檬酸、化學合成的西藥粉末、綠色葡萄乾,
最後香草、海綿蛋糕姍姍來遲。
香氣組成複雜(此時我猜此酒款使用很多桶型)且十分壓抑。
純飲:
喝比聞好上許多,也單純許多的酒款;
一入口強烈甘草味就大爆發 XDD,
主調仍是泡水木材,微帶澀感,
反向鼻腔嗅覺給了些含羞帶怯的甜香,
酒體中等、酒精壓迫感中等,餘韻短而溫暖。

The maturation of the fresh distillate takes place for the time being in barrels of new American white oak with a volume of 225 liters.
We also use barrels for the Fifty-One in which sherry, port or sauternes used to be stored.
The Fifty-One is a very special cuvée from the SLYRS range.
